Fast paced, hands on management of the Logistics and Warehouse function. Sales Office• Strategic purchasing of all Direct Materials • Managed the UK Sales/Order/Invoice inboxes and distributing the workload to each department• All areas of customer service, aiming to build rapport quickly with new and existing customers• Raised customer quotations and processed sales orders• Prioritised key account orders throughout the month to ensure deadlines were maintained• Liaised with international manufacturing sites via telephone, email and face-to-face• Promoted ‘open communication’ between the warehouse and sales office to work as a close-knit team
