As VP of development I oversaw the transition of software development for all company products to an offshore development group and then managed this group.As product manager I was responsible for a multi-user networked CRM application and a suite of multi-user, web-based business programs.

As senior system engineer, I worked individually or as a team member on three major projects:1. Development of next-generation real-time hardware emulators. Duties involved the design, simulation, and timing analysis of proprietary ASIC modules and FPGAs.2. Design of a high-speed, multi-board hardware emulator for the automotive industry. Duties also involved preparing specifications with field engineers, coordinating the development of the beta product, and writing user documentation.3. Writing and maintenance of driver code and firmware for a proprietary microcontroller emulator for use in the wireless and automotive industries. Duties also included customer contact, client support, troubleshooting, and system debugging activities.
