I started my career completing an apprenticeship in Joinery in which I gained my level 2 NVQ. I worked for a company for 7 years on which most work was loft conversions. I decided on a change of career and moved into the manufacturing industry where I started working at Barkell Ltd in which I started with no experience. I spent 5 years working on different cnc turret punch presses and brake presses. After 5 years my hard work was acknowledged and I became supervisor of the machine hall which is a position I held for 2 years and in that time gaining an NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques. In September 2018 I decided to take on a new challenge at Universal Wolf where I thought would be a better place for me to further my career with more prospect of progression.
