The skills I have developed from my work and organizational experience support my strong interest to make a positive contribution.My twenty-seven years of experience in sales and customer service and my seventeen years of experience in municipal government have provided me the opportunity to learn firsthand how to effectively work with clients and their demands. I can effectively assess client’s needs, initiate new accounts, resolve problems and follow through consistently for optimum client satisfaction.While my background is primarily in sales, I have implemented several new programs and committees to better meet the needs of the municipal government. I am a co-founder for the Joplin Outlaws Collegiate Baseball Club, a 501c3 organization. I am involved in our local community and organizations. I have a demonstrated ability to motivate and work well with others and believe I offer qualities that would be adaptable to most companies.
