I currently serve as the head of global incident response at TransUnion UK, a position I have held since February 2021. Before that, I held Bank Manager positions at Lloyds Banking Group (2010-2011) and NatWest (2005-2010), where I was notably the UK's youngest Bank Manager at age 22.In my current role at TransUnion, I contribute to podcasts and discussions on data breach response strategies, offering insights on effective planning and best practices for handling cyber incidents.
