I currently serve as the head of global incident response at TransUnion UK, a position I have held since February 2021. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the growth and management of Incident Response sales and solutions. My expertise lies in global incident response, credit and identity monitoring, and crisis communication solutions.Prior to joining TransUnion, I worked as a Data Protection Specialist for Briefed from January 2020 to January 2021. During this time, I focused on assessing the compliance of barristers in private practice and matching their needs with specialised services.From January 2017 to December 2019, I held the position of Head of Data Protection Solutions at Sytorus, a company recognised as one of Europe's top fifty most investible start-up.My career history also includes experience in the banking sector. I worked as a Bank Manager for Metro Bank (UK) from April to September 2011, where I was part of the senior management team for new bank openings. Before that, I held Bank Manager positions at Lloyds Banking Group (2010-2011) and NatWest (2005-2010), where I was notably the UK's youngest Bank Manager at age 22.In my current role at TransUnion, I contribute to podcasts and discussions on data breach response strategies, offering insights on effective planning and best practices for handling cyber incidents.
