Working as an Agile Program Manager I have assisted in transitioning our client on the journey from traditional delivery methodologies to more Agile delivery. The involved working on multiple concurrent projects from inception, estimation, negotiation through to working with Agile teams on day to day delivery of each individual project. We established a client roadmap of current, future and aspirational projects. Other projects included working with an Agri global giant to assist with transforming their business to reduce internal transactions, working with senior stakeholders in Europe as well as those in Singapore and the US.

Operating as a Programme Manager within Market Risk IT on regulatory projects with budgets of £5+ million•Firm Data Submission Framework (FDSF) – focused on meeting the Bank of England’s PRA regulatory requirements to define a framework to process stressed scenarios across the banks portfolios. Managed the IT team to design, develop and implement solutions to produce this key regulatory report. •Worked with the embedded Accenture change team to define a new Target Operating Model and align the business processes to the new technical solution including refinement of the illiquid risk application to better align with the banks ICAAP processes.

Recruited as a contractor operating as Chevron’s internal Senior Project Manager to manage the European implementation by a third party of OpenLink’s RightAngle trading and risk management system for Chevrons EMEA business. The solution supported physical and financial Oil, LNG and LPG trading, scheduling and financial settlement for one of the world’s largest oil companies.

Managed the implementation of Openlink’s Endur trading and risk management system to customers in the banking, power, gas, oil and precious metals markets with project budgets up to £9 million:•Nordea Bank - trading platform for financial oil, FX and precious metals for OTC and ICE / NYMEX exchange traded products.•Neste Oil – trading platform to support physical and financial oil trading, refined products and bio fuels for OTC and ICE / NYMEX exchange traded products. •E.ON Energy Trading - energy trading solution to support Nordic and German power products plus LNG term contracts to support upstream power generation•MKS Precious Metals - Parachuted in to rescue this troubled project with a key customer in the precious metals market. Worked with the client’s senior management team to finalize deliverables and rebuild the damaged relationship
