In our focus on education, we build deep relationships with education changemakers, to help young people from under-resourced communities build the skills they need to work and thrive.* We empower Atlassians to be the change they seek, through a scalable, incentive-driven approach to volunteering and giving.* We revolutionise corporate philanthropy by motivating and supporting businesses to embed social impact into their DNA, through the Pledge 1% movement we co-founded.I use my experience and leadership skills to help Atlassian deliver ever more social value and shareholder value and to encourage more early stage companies to pledge 1% of their resources for impact.While I was PwC Australia's Corporate Responsibility Partner and a member of PwC's Global Corporate Responsibility Board, I played a leading role in PwC's efforts to make a positive contribution to society - both in Australia and internationally.While I was a PwC Corporate Value Advisory Partner, I assisted clients to better understand the value and risk profile of their existing businesses and develop strategies to create sustainable competitive advantage and shareholder value, particularly for early stage and high growth businesses.My specialties: social impact; social innovation; social enterprise; corporate responsibility; education; business strategy; business planning; growth strategies; early stage business.Note - As I rarely check LinkedIn messages, there may be a very lengthy delay before I respond to you.
