Within the first year, I took over a vulnerable patient charting initiative that involved multiple labs working in silos. I successfully integrated Enhanced Reports into a centralized IT structure, creating a streamlined and efficient process. Our team mitigated risk, restored trust, and strengthened patient care while fostering mutual respect and a high level of professionalism. We earned high regard from our peers. After 18 months with the company, I took on three additional client-facing applications within ARUP Connect™: lab management reporting tools (business reports), financial needs (invoicing), and quality business operations (exception handling). I evaluated team approaches to projects, analyzing how specific mechanisms and processes contributed to successes or missteps. Played an active role on various ARUP oversight teams and committees, with accountability for patient charting, IT, technical operations, and project collaboration. My primary focus was on client satisfaction and process improvement. I excelled at understanding customer needs, conducting client site visits throughout the year, and engaging in one-on-one interactions with users. I also coordinated diverse stakeholders—including medical directors, lab supervisors, and executives—to align on common goals.
