Over the past 25+ years I have been advancing my way through the Heating, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation field (HVAC). My career began at a residential HVAC company performing service and installation of residential systems. I then advanced into commercial service and installation for several years before becoming the head of the installation department and overseeing all the crews, also helping with the estimation and design of commercial HVAC systems.Presently, providing Integrated Facilities Management for three full-time stationary plants. At the sites we provide chilled water, steam, hot water, emergency power, and normal power. For the sites, I oversee the manpower, scheduling, permits, preventive maintenance, and repairs. I manage providing labor and repairs for many other stationary sites around the area as well.
