As the Operations Manager, my goal is to help assist our staff and clients with any issues or questions that may arise. Worked to establish new accounts in South Jersey for Toshiba. Through cold calls in person as well as over the phone I worked to set appointments with local businesses regarding their printing and scanning solutions.

Before becoming a technical consultant I was a lead sales representative where I had to handle lower level management issues as well as keeping a monthly sales quota.Once I became a technical consultant I had to use my problem solving skills to see what was wrong with customers damaged or defective problems.

Served as Head Assistant wrestling coach for the Washington Township HS varsity wrestling team. During my time at WTHS I designed daily practices and workouts. I cornered wrestlers in dual meets and at the district, regional and state tournament.

Served as Head Varsity Wrestling Coach at Greensboro Day school. Designed all preseason and regular season workouts for the entire team. Cornered every match for the Bengals and had one state place winner in the NC independent division.Also served as Head Middle School Cross country Coach.
