Commercial Banking Leader, Executive Director
CurrentResponsible for leading and managing a Commercial Banking market with the primary goals of providing solutions for our customers, focusing on building long-term customer relationships and deepening those relationships through strategic thought leadership, strong product knowledge, flawless deal execution, and superior customer service across business banking, middle market, and mid-corporate customers. In this role I manage a team of commercial relationship managers (RMs) responsible for originating credit related products, treasury management products, investment banking and capital markets products. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development. Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives. Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
