Qualified Chartered Accountant working in the Private Wealth and Estates Group. Responsible for managing a portfolio with a wide variety of clients including large corporate entities, privately owned businesses, high net worth individuals, FSA regulated entities, landed estates organisations, charities and charitable companies, farming entities and trusts.The clients within my portfolio range in size with turnovers from £100,000 up to £80million, operating within a wide variety of markets including investment property managers, health and leisure sports clubs, investment advisors and petrochemical distributors.

Audit Senior with the Private Wealth & Estates Group and Business Advisory Group. In this role, I was responsible for leading on-site audit teams for publicly listed companies and privately-owned businesses, and also included involvement within annual FSA and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules (SAR) compliance.I was also involved within various one-off assignments for our Corporate Finance Department including preparation of due diligence reports, AIM admission documents and review of financial forecasts.
