- Leading on management and re-engineering of the Platform Securities change portfolio and processes, with a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and PMO Analysts to deliver business wide solutions.- Taking ownership of Platform Securities change portfolio deliverables and reporting to the Executive Team and Board.- Directing strategic, regulatory and product workstreams and ensuring delivery with appropriate governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and budget responsibilities.- Driving adherence by teams with best practices for project delivery, change control and risk containment.- Undertaking management of stakeholder relationships impacted by the change portfolio and ensuring smooth transition to BAU following project implementations.

- Led on management of the Employee Plans change portfolio and ensured that approved project priorities, resources, financials and benefits were aligned to the corporate strategy, and kept within budgetary constraints.- Chaired the Global Investment Board (GIB) and oversaw the demand management process for the Global Employee Plans business line to meet requirements.- Coordinated the Equatex acquisition integration, designed and implemented appropriate governance structures and scaled up the team from 25 to 50 personnel to cope with increased project demands.- Proactively worked with Business Executives up to C-Suite level and Business Unit Managers to identify commercial objectives and plan longer term strategies and roadmaps.- Motivated the team to achieve challenging targets and deadlines whilst delivering projects to meet core aims.- Validated business cases to ensure reflected costs, ROI and all benefits were measurable and transparent.- Directed the PMO to enhance and onboard effective project controls to enable reporting for senior stakeholders and Executive Committee Members.

- Delivered strategic planning, management and control of multi-year development and analysis resources for various projects within the Global Credit Trading and Global Valuations business groups.- Collaborated with business and development teams, defined specifications, led on implementation and delivered solutions using the Scaled Agile, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.- Implemented a new Agile programme governance structure for a new strategic loans programme in Global Credit Trading, with the key driver being updated regulation (IRRBB).- Directed a team of Business Analysts to capture strategic loan requirements for various functional areas, and collaborated with Product Managers and development teams to produce estimates.- Managed a programme containing 5 projects all focusing on additional functions within the Global Valuation group, primarily driven by various global regulators (FED and ECB) and external audits.- Forged and cultivated productive relationships with Senior and Middle Managers across technology and the business to ensure completion of projects within time and budgetary constraints.- Managed direct reports, agreed individual objectives and conducted mid-year and year-end performance reviews.- Contributed to and ran various steering and operating committees, whilst also driving initiative in the Corporate Technology division to promote Deutsche Bank’s values and beliefs.
