I am a Recently retired West Yorkshire Police Officer and have a background in Operational Policing, Police Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Promotion Assessment, Crime Reduction including Seven years Delivering Crime Reduction Surveys, initiatives and Advice along with multi agency partnership working.I am a former Police Trainer delivering Training Needs Analysis, Training Delivery and Evaluation to the Public and Private Sector, Operations Planning, Communications Management Support, Communications Resilience and Contingency Planning, Multi Agency Interoperability, Managing Organisational change. I am an Airwave Communications TAC Advisor and former Police Trainer. I worked on secondment at the Home Office as part of the Police Field Team on the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme, this is a National programme looking at delivering a communications platform embracing voice and data to reflect the Police Service Communications requirements of the future. My strengths were building relationships and effective communication with partners as part of a significant programme of change. Available for work with Police Partners or the Police service managing change between communication providers.Recently retired Head Coach of the Great Britain Police Rugby League Team, I was also Head of Recruitment and an under 18 and under 21 Coach at Bradford Bulls, also First Team Coach at Featherstone Rovers.
