Development and implement a Term Contract Business Strategy for Beca Infrastructure across New Zealand.This role has allowed the development of relationships with numerous clients within New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) and Local Government. The implementation of this strategy includes: • Leading the development of major proposals, Roles: Bid Manager, pricing, programme development and project resourcing.• Setup and manage working groups for; Road Asset Management, Technology and Systems for road network management, Road Traffic Safety Technical Group, a Local Authority Client Relationship Group for the South Island and potential Term Contract Clients Relationship development.• Bid Manager for many major proposals.• The Auckland Motorway Alliance (AMA) is a contract (value $600M) starting in Oct 2008 and finishing in 2018.
