Developed and implemented a strategic plan for operational progression that has supported the expansion of the Group from being solus Toyota in 4 locations to represent Hyundai in 3 locations along the M5 corridor. Autonomy and ultimate responsibility for effective stakeholder management to facilitate suitable commercial expansion. Reorganised and restructured the business to support the expansion to a £50m+ turnover organisation through the recruitment and development of a senior management team

Having managed Regional Operations, was apppointed to General Manager of Network Development to develop Toyota's network strategy to accommodate changes in relation to franchise representation, capacity and viability, localised brand image and consumer experience, business innovation and field structure in line with the Block Exemption Regulation which provides the legal framework for how the motor industry operates in the UK. As General Manager of Lexus Operations led the team to achieve in 2006 a record sales volume of 16,000 registrations and a y.o.y. Growth of 40% which remains the single biggest annual volume recorded by the brand in the UK and maintained Lexus no.1 industry position for customer satisfaction with it's 8th consecutive JD Power award. Moved to the position of General Manager of Marketing and Strategy and led the team to successfully launch new Lexus IS, RX and LS models, introducing the brand to a wider audience and developing hybrid as a creditable power train.
