Extensive experience in managing the planning, deisgn and construction phases of capital improvement projects and expansion programs within both the private and public sectors including the K-12 marketplace as well as Civic facilities and commercial projects. Primary project management skills involve client coordination and stakeholder communications, pre construction services, site selections and due dilegence, property acquisitions and negotiations, consultant selections, facility condition assessments.

As Director of Operations critical duties consisted of managing the site acquisition, design and/or construction phases of more than 18 educational facilities in a rapidly growing public school system. Additional administrative duties included preparation of annual capital budgets, providing monthly construction updates to the school board and county commisisoners, updating the 5 yr Capital Improvement Plan, and providing overall direction and planning for the the construction of new schools and renovations within the school district. Further duties involved providing leadership and management to the maintenance department with more than 50 employees in a school district with 33 facilities.

Responsible for managing and directing the design and construction of 11 new schools and 16 addition / renovation projects. with a construction value more than $ 300M. Projects consisted of new and heavy renovations projects with multiple phases while facilities were fully occupied. Experienced in multiple CM at Risk projects as well as Design/Build delivery systems in an effort by the school system to find faster ways to deliver projects due to high student growth rates.
