As the CEO of Fusetec, I am humbled by the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of medical education and surgical training through advanced technology. My desire to improve patient outcomes and advance healthcare globally drive my mission to enhance the way surgeons train.With a background in engineering, an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in owning and operating other businesses in Australia and abroad, I founded Fusetec in 2017 to address gaps in surgical training. I draw on these experiences in global logistics and project management to bring a comprehensive approach to leading Fusetec's mission. Since then, our team has developed surgical models that replicate human anatomy with life-like accuracy. Fusetec has become a pioneering force in the field, providing advanced training tools to help students and surgeons practice complex procedures in a risk-free environment worldwide. Our collaboration with leading medical professionals and institutions like Flinders University and others has been instrumental in refining our models and expanding our offerings. I am honored to frequently speak at industry conferences, sharing my insights on the future of surgical training and the meaningful impact of using advanced, fully operable training models.
