October 2015 - PresentSpace, Aerial & Nuclear Networking Division, Hanscom AFB, MAA member of the Abacus ETASSII contract with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Hanscom Air Force Base supporting the Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) Acquisition Program and Operational Deployment support. Establishes and maintains logistics support plans, and provides operational logistics guidance to the program management team and support staff. Provides technical guidance and advisory assistance in acquisition management to include: performing life cycle supportability analyses; developing and reviewing Life Cycle Management Plans and solicitation documentation; establishing maintenance/support concepts; and mitigating sustainment problem areas. - Burlington, Massachusetts -Led an U.S. Army recruiting company of seven recruiting stations located throughout northeastern Massachusetts responsible for identifying and processing qualified applicants for military service.• Mentored over 10 subordinate leaders to better interface with surrounding communities to promote the “Stay in School” and “Service to Country” messages and enhance the Army’s image.• Interviewed and recommended over 30 applicants for service to their Country as United States Army officers.
