Maintain flat sheet dies for PVC extrusion operation. Created preventive maintenance program for dies and hardware. Created and taught basic and advanced die training program. Perform scheduled maintenance to maximize production line uptime and product yield. Inspected mechanical and electrical components and performed off-line cleaning and setup as well as on-line emergency repairs.
