My main roles with in the company are making sales calls into various sized companies and arranging site visits for the Unit Manager and New Business Development Manager, I also plan Annual & Remedial works to be carried out, my other roles include raising purchase orders for tooling and materials when required by our engineers when they are onsite also making sure we have good stock of tooling and materials in the unit

One of my longest roles in a job I really enjoyed, my main role was looking after 250 various sized engineering companies in the South East of the country my main day to day duties was looking to attacking competitors business on engineering consumables by selling the benefits of the company and the large range of tooling we could provide and pricing, I built a great rapport with many of my accounts and had many took my account base sales from 500k to 1.5 million and this was also through two recessions I was also chosen to trial an area sales project with my fieldsales rep this was to bridge the gap between account managers and fieldsales this was a great success with the area showing sales growth with in the first year of trials with the results shown this was then rolled out to the whole company

My main role was making cold calls in to various sized transport companies updating the CRM system with information obtained also arranging appointments for the fieldsales reps, I moved forward with in the company to actually training forecourt staff on selling and using fuel cards I also did promotionally work on the forecourts as well this was travelling around the country
