Spending 20+ years in leadership in the employee benefits space has afforded me the opportunity to run diverse businesses, work with employers of all sizes and industries, and build expertise across operations, sales, finance, technology and strategic planning.I joined WTW to help professionalize the voluntary benefits space and use data and analytics to drive value into the insurance products offered directly to employees. As the Voluntary Benefits practice leader, I lead a team of like minded sales and operations professionals who strive to improve the tomorrows of the employees we serve today while driving revenue growth. Before WTW, I started Mile 5 Benefits, helping insurers and technology firms modernize their voluntary benefits offerings to meet employees’ needs in the face of healthcare reform. Prior to that I held sales leadership and strategy roles at a major carrier, driving top and bottom line growth in the group life, disability, stop loss, and voluntary benefits space.
