I am the Co-Founder & President of 448 Recruitment & 448 Connect. We operate a thriving, Texas-based, contact center offering:1 . Marketing and recruitment services for blood centers and 2. Phone number reputation management solutions to companies that rely on the phone call to connect with their customers.I stopped working for someone else in 2004, but point to 2008 when my business partner and I decided to pursue something more meaningful. Inspired by a veteran rodeo clown from Quanah, Texas who was battling leukemia, we supported a blood drive his family coordinated with OBI by donating our contact center resources. This experience led to the birth of 448 Recruitment, and for the past 15 years, we've had the honor of supporting blood centers and helping save millions of lives.A little back-story about 448 Connect. Over the past couple of years, our contact rates @ 448 Recruitment were declining; we were also getting reports from Donors that our caller ids were displaying as spam and scam. No one answers a call when it says Scam Likely! Initially, we simply changed phone numbers, which seemed like an easy solution, but we quickly found that even new numbers were displaying negative labels. Almost overnight, the problem escalated into a significant issue for our business.Determined to solve this problem, we developed two solutions:1. Caller ID Protection - Utilizing a device cloud, we began monitoring our phone numbers for negative labels, so we would be alerted when a number had a scam/spam caller id. We also learned how to work with the cellular carriers to remove negative labels to their subscribers. 2. Branded Calling - We partnered with First Orion to brand calls with a 32-character caller id designed specifically for cell phones. Because of both, our contact rates improved drastically. We now offer these solutions to our Customers to help them manage/protect the reputation of their phone numbers.Outside of work, I have 3 beautiful daughters (Gabriella-10, Karina-8 and Josephone-4) and a forever-wife, Erica.
