Actively market, develop and recruit new mid to high level premium casino players to this Four Star/Four Diamond property while adding to and building the company database. I also conquer the everyday challenges of bringing high end players to an established locals resort property from the Las Vegas Strip Mega-Resort properties and other markets. In addition, I continuously market and promote casino special events by telephone, email, mail and by traveling to see the players. I create and implement my own special casino events and functions for my high end invited guest and develop direct mail pieces and invitations for them. I arrange and set up casino credit for the purpose of playing while visiting the property. I utilize database direct marketing using ACSC and CMS programs.
