I specialized in clinician efficiency and provider well-being across our clinical applications (outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care) and worked directly with most of our 300+ healthcare organizations. I was previously the coordinator of the Quality Measures workgroup (Meaningful Use [MU], and then the Merit-based Incentive Payment System [MIPS] section of the Quality Payment Program [QPP]).I learned Microsoft SQL and the M (Caché) programming language. I helped create and lead the Ambulatory Efficiency Program group for many years. More recently, I helped design and manage Signal, our web-based portal for provider efficiency data.In July 2016, I was promoted to a Team Leader, where I both managed and led four other Technical Services (TS) employees. I helped them manage their work while also developing their skills and growing in their role beyond the basic expectations. To this end, I gathered and then provided feedback to my team members as well as connected their work to the big picture of our company.For two years, I was a Technical Coordinator, where I regularly met with the leadership of a healthcare company and served as their point person for Epic. I coordinated the various application-level TS from Epic that worked with this customer, and I led many cross-application projects for the customer.I used to specialize in the EpicCare-Ambulatory, Kaleidoscope (ophthalmology), Wisdom (dental), Nurse Triage (CRM), and Haiku/Canto (mobile) applications within our software.

Provided support mainly for the Director of Stewardship, thanking donors, organizing events, and keeping information current on scholarship funds. Also gained experience using Raiser's Edge and mail merges in Microsoft Office.
