Designs company logos, brand identity, stationery, business cards, Web sites, brochures, direct mail, magazines, inserts, print ads, etc. Creates illustrations in a more traditional manner (Acrylic, Color Pencil, Watercolor, Pen & Ink, Pencil) as well as computer generated (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) for projects ranging from Editorial, Print Advertising, Brochures, Web sites, Promotional as well as TV storyboard and advertising concepts.

Managed Studio of up to 12 Production Artists. Responsible for delivery of final mechanicals to Pubs/Printers/Vendors. Scheduled and planned work from Account Execs, Designers and Creatives into the Studio.

Part of a group which launched LOTTOpeople magazine. Design editorial pages and Promotions Marketing pieces for a magazine promoting the lottery. Also responsible for the pre-press production and shipping to the printer. We published 2 million copies a month in Connecticut, Maryland, Wisconsin, Washington DC and California.

As part of the Cable Marketing group, responsible for managing all special promotional print projects (including, special covers & cover wraps, inserts, cable-system ad insertions, direct mail). Managed these projects through all departments of TV Guide (Editorial, Listings, Advertising, Print Production, Fulfillment, Promotional Design, Legal Department). Communicated with client and scheduled jobs.

Managed the Listings department of up to 50 members, which acquired television schedules, programming materials and maintained a database of these schedules and program descriptive copy for use in The Cable Guide, Total TV and See – over 450 customized editions of national monthly and weekly cable and satellite listings magazines and Web site. Coordinated workflow with external suppliers including pre-press operations and printers; Managed launch of new weekly publication – Total TV (Feb. 1991) – which included coordination of design, software enhancements, staff support, workflow, and printer set-up; merged with competitor and managed production of additional 50+ monthly editions.
