BACKGROUNDI am an experienced manager with more than 20 years in the South Australian workplace insurance and case management sector, advising employers in their compliance and processes and have day-to-day management of a team of up to 30 claims staff at Employers Mutual Ltd, SA.My focus is on the people as much as the important compliance, financials and reporting of this ever-changing and complex sector. In working closely with senior managers in agencies and business across SA, I put a high priority on the engagement and advice I provide to my client base.
