I managed a project to migrate McLeod County's telephones from an off-site telephone company system to an on-site Mitel 3300 VOIP system. I am currently responsible for the daily management and troubleshooting of the phone system, long distance billing reports, system backups and ongoing changes. I co-lead a project to migrate from externally hosted Pop3 email to an on-site Microsoft Exchange 2007 server.I have also co-lead projects to evaluate and implement Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, ZIX Email Encryption and Exinda Bandwidth Utilization System. I am the backup administrator for Comvault Backup, ESX Server and ApplicationXtender Document Management System.I have a working knowledge of PowerShell scripting language. I provide desktop support to 300 users on Windows 7 and Windows XP machines throughout McLeod County in 11 different locations.
