Looking back on my full time employment career of 43 years, plus another 10 years of part time employment, I find some things just have not changed. I am grateful for the mentors that have impacted my life. They taught me Ye reap what ye sows. I am a champion for servant leadership and continue to be amazed at how that returns in spades. I live to make a positive difference in the lives of others and they have returned that back to me in multiples. I assume positive intent in others and find that interactions are less dramatic. My future part time business endeavor is to lead my two Vistage groups, totaling over 35 Executives, thru a process of meetings, group dialog and sharing, and one to one sessions to help them enrich their business and personal lives. I find great satisfaction and joy in watching them help each other grow while adding as much value as I can to the process. I plan to balance out my life by being a great husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend to those around me. I also plan to have “me” time pursuing my outdoor recreational activities- hunting, fishing, golf, water sports, skiing, hiking , snow shoeing, and workouts. For the record, the team I was a part of grew CCC 10x in sales and EBITda and 5x in my time with CES. Cheers!
