Then in January 2018 I was offered a permanent part-time contract. I am currently working part-time as a Sales Advisor at Marks & Spencer Blackrock. Working a minimum of 18 hours per week while at college. I have been awarded 3 Spotlight Awards by management. - Communicating with customers, staff and management.- Working together with other members of staff as a team in a fast-paced environment.- Selling and promoting products to customers while representing M&S in the best way possible.- Resolving customer issues, faults, processing refunds and returns and answering any customer queries.- Partaking in stock takes and doing stock counts to make sure the information on the stores system is accurate.- Working with management especially during the busy Christmas season.- Implementing and changing new promotional and product layouts when required.
