Today I am leading a strategic mega infrastructure project in Mekorot (the Israeli water company) as a senior project manager. The project "shafdan" will double the southern agriculture water supply in Israel. I have been working in different engineering departments at the Israeli water company "mekorot" for the past 5 years.I am an engineer by hart and a third generation in construction, concrete run in our family's blood.I have been working since I was very young at all sorts of jobs and occupations.a hard worker and a big team player.I love learning, I always have something new in mind - a new hobby, new license, academic course etc. I got my BS degree in civil engineering from the Israeli istitute for technology "Technion" and Im planing to do a master in the coming years.I make sure to volunteer and contribute to the society I live in, I currently volunteer at a non-profit called "wave-ability" that sets out to make wave-surfing availible for people with physical restrictions. I used to volunteer with kids at risk for a year, volunteered at "TOM" for two years and many more.I have always been drawn to the sea and its been a big part of my life. I sail, surf, dive, swim and will always live close to a beach.

Senior Project ManagerMekorot® Jun 2023 - PresentIsraelhead of a mega strategic project - "shafdan".a mega project set to double the supply of treated water to the southern part of Israel from around 190 to 370 million cubic meters per year. the project includes about 150 projects on the course of 15 years, managed by tens of project managers and supported by countless engineers, advisors and other professionals. on top of that I personally manage about 10 of the projects including - a 16 million cubic meter water reservoir - biggestin Israel history, a big water treatment facility, several big pumping station (over 25,000 cubic meters per hour each), an insert feild and several other project's ment to improve the systems efficiency using new technologies and patents unique to mekorot.
