Senior HRIS Analyst, supporting HR systems and reporting needs. Responsible for the maintenance of Oracle HR by entering organization updates, location updates, position profiles, job profiles, table updates, and other system data. Monitor and control Oracle HR data accuracy by analyzing data, identifying errors, and making corrections. Perform mass updates to Oracle HR via Oracle's Web ADI tool. Create simple and complex queries using Discoverer Reporting Tool and MS Access 2003 and 2010, and Taleo Business Objects. Create and execute test scripts for Oracle HR upgrades and analyze any changes. Assign responsibilities, train and assist end users in Oracle HR processes. Respond to HR Systems issues by troubleshooting, data analysis, and queries to ensure system breakdowns are handled. Provide support to International Oracle HR administrators by analyzing and troubleshooting errors.
