Recently migrated the business to Epicor Cloud ERP 10.300.6 with minimal support from expensive consultants. Skilled in BAQ, BPM, Customisations, Dashboards, Crystal Reports, SSRS across all modules.In 2018, worked with the shareholders and professional advisers to ensure the successful sale of the Company to US/Korean investors.

Working alongside other business leaders within Industrial Automation to set trade association agenda and influence government policy.

Lead a team that developed and rolled out an in-house ERP system across the Group's sites in London, Devon, Gent, Johannesburg and Atlanta. Managed multi-platform systems using Windows, Unix, Linux. Implemented global Cisco based WAN for integrated voice and data.Involved with all board level decisions during major restructuring of business. Project managed relocation of 45,000sqft London factory, involving fitting out new factory, recruiting and training 45new staff, managing £1m budget. Project was delivered within 6month deadline and on budget.

Introduced many IT systems to improve operational efficiency. Developed bespke database applications for business divisions.
