Guided $3.2 million capital campaign for all-volunteer organization based in Columbia County, Oregon. The new Clatskanie Cultural Center opened in July 2015.

More than doubled service capacity for child abuse assessments, including planning and implementation of a capital campaign that raised more than $4.5 million during an economic recession (2008 - 2010). Post-campaign, developed sustainable growth plan to optimize the new facility.
