Mark is a Director in the Restructuring & Insolvency team based in the Milton Keynes office and has more than 20 years’ experience of advising directors, lenders and other stakeholders of distressed companies. He is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner and appointment taker who is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.He has experience of dealing with all types of formal insolvency assignments ranging from trading administrations and pre-pack AMA matters to CVAs and liquidations across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, IT, financial services and media. Having previously spent five years working in the technical and compliance team of a top ten restructuring services provider, he is both technically astute and commercially sensitive when dealing with the needs of clients and stakeholders.Mark has been a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association’s Standards, Ethics and Regulatory Liaison committee since 2014.
