Managing a team of five responsible for the day-to-day activities of advertising, communication, branding and overall marketing support for all Speedy and Rapid Cash stores across the US.

• Transferred from Las Vegas to lead a team of 13 marketing, research and production professionals in the newly developed KS/AR region of Cox Media, the largest region in the Cox Media footprint.• One of five on the Cox Media Leadership team responsible for generating over $23 million in revenue, the fifth largest region in revenue.• Worked daily with a sales team of 20 across the region with development of integrated sales solutions that helped increase existing business by 3% and decrease churn by 4% year over year.• Developed a fully-integrated Marketing Communications Calendar for 2013/2014 that included marketing plans, sports programming windows, industry focused research roll-outs and production calendars.• Responsible for researching and analyzing various industry, competitive and share data to help generate incremental new business revenue.• Developed internal marketing incentive plans and strategic partnerships.• Implemented a customer lifecycle management program for Cox Media.• ‘Strength Finders’ 2.0 Top Five Themes: Woo, Positivity, Communication, Activator, Belief

• Transferred from KS/AR to launch Marketing Retention Team in Las Vegas.• Developed, managed and implemented retention, customer lifecycle management and loyalty programs that helped reduce customer relationship disconnects and controllable churn.• Took ownership, developed and tested a roll-off program aimed at customers rolling off high discounted offers. Upon testing and measurements, proposed program for corporate wide roll-off efforts that were enacted across company, saving the company upwards of 5,000 relationships and over $27 million in revenue.• Implemented retention measurements, metrics and standards for better analysis and long term planning options and budgets.• Responsible for Cox LV’s $8.5 million annual broadcast media budget, along with main POC for SOV analysis, planning, spending and agency relationship of the system.• Discovered that our third party vendor was disconnecting relationships more than twice that of inbound retention. These findings were presented to the retention team, where changes were implemented at system savings of $2 million.

• Marketing lead for all strategic development and implementation of marketing acquisition, upgrade and retention campaigns for the system, with annual budgets of $15 million. • Partnered with the product team on the marketing materials for launches, such as Caller ID to the TV, the new HD overhaul and HSI speed increases.• Main point of contact for the current Customer Lifecycle Management project for all new subs in their first 120 days. • Responsibility for all media negotiating for KS/AR, with estimated annual budgets of $4 million, with an average of 250 GRPs per week.
