Mark Silver is a Partner with the firm in its corporate litigation department. and his practice concentrates on pharmaceutical litigation, products liability, and premises liability. Mr. Silver has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical litigation, products liability, and premises liability. During that time, he defended several major pharmaceutical manufacturers in a variety of legal arenas including the defense of mass tort claims and class actions in multi-district federal litigation. Additionally, he represented several preeminent hotel chains and restaurateurs in premises liability and health code litigation. It was also during that time that Mr. Silver was heavily involved in the defense of several significant product liability actions. In addition to the areas above, Mr. Silver routinely handles commercial contract litigation, estate litigation, medical billing litigation, employment litigation, securities litigation and white collar criminal matters. Mr. Silver is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and has argued cases before courts at both the trial and appellate level. He has successfully tried cases in New Jersey Superior Court, the Eastern District of New York, and Tax Court. In each of the past four years, Mr. Silver has been recognized by the New Jersey Law Journal as one of New Jersey’s “Rising Stars”.
