Mark is an Executive Director at Temple Group Limited. He has strategic responsibility for delivery of Temple’s portfolio of client projects and client care as well as having responsibility for Temple’s business development, marketing, growth and innovation initiatives. He also has operational responsibility for Temple’s management systems, offices, project delivery processes, technical excellence and proposition development. Mark regularly leads and contributes to multidisciplinary design, assessment and management teams on large scale, regeneration, development and infrastructure projects with specific technical expertise in relation to Environmental Planning, Environmental Management and Impact Assessment (including EIA); as well as undertaking more specialised strategy consulting and research focused commissions.Over the last 5 years he has successfully led out on establishing Temple’s presence in the property sector and more recently he has been responsible for sponsoring Temple’s new Digital Delivery, Social Value and Climate & Carbon client value propositions.

Divisional Board Director at Capita Symonds (now Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure), responsible for establishing and leading their 120-person strong Planning | Environment | Design team with a particular specialism in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams on large scale, regeneration, development and infrastructure projects.
