My role as an Experiential Management Consultant includes ensuring a deep integration of key regional lifestyle events and programming into the DNA of each resort. Replay's model of experience driven resorts is showcased at Turtle Bay where Interplay providing key support in a massive rebranding project that was primarily done through the animation of the resort in a manner that authentically connects to the targeted customer base of travelers to the resort. Feature highlight of the work Interplay lead includes; 1) Surfer, The Bar - a partnership with Surfer Magazine that is much more than a bar with unique programming and positioning that Surfer Magazine is now replicating in other destinations; 2) The Guidepost - a complete reinvention of the traditional concierge services creating both a physical and interactive digital booking process including working with resort vendors to create on-brand programming including the launch of a new Mountain Bike Park and the repositioning of the Surf & SUP center; 3) The Watershed - a new retail concept that creates story driven sales tying into the local culture and brands.
