Surf Park Management (SPM) was created by a team of experts from the resort, marketing, hospitality, and wave park industries as a services provider to developers and investment groups within the growing Surf Park world. With their deep background in the oversight of operations of ski, golf and beach resorts combined with their passion and knowledge of surfing, SPM can provide the following array of Surf Park services: • Asset Management – Maximizing returns and upside potential for ownership and investor groups developing surf parks and associated mixed use amenities • Operations Management – including oversight of retail, rental, food & beverage, surf school, programming & events, sales & marketing, administration, and reporting • Hospitality (Hotel/Lodging) Operations Management – Hotel/Lodging operations and marketing oversight aligned to support the operations of a surf park • Pre-Opening Business Planning – including budgeting, positioning, programming, sales & marketing, recruiting, and training SPM works closely with the Surf Park Central consulting team to support the next level of demands that groups launching a Surf Park venue require to ensure successful ongoing operations. Feature projects currently announced include The LineUp at Wai Kai in Ewa, Beach Oahu that is in construction and slated for opening in 2022 as well as Cactus Surf Park in Gilbert, AZ that is in the pre-development stage.
