I lead the Denver office of the largest employment re-entry non-profit in the country. In this role, I oversee our transitional work crews, vocational services, community engagement, fund development, and overall health of the site. Additionally, I regularly interface with our national teams, support local and state policy efforts, and provide regular feedback on processes that are rolled out across all 31 sites in the organization.

Served as co-founder and Executive Director of the Job Training Social Enterprise serving unhoused teens and young adults. I oversaw all elements of our coffee company, fund development strategies, branding, story telling, community engagement, team and culture development, and anything else that needed to be done. We ran an excellent coffee company, while also living into the broader mission of Purple Door.

I directed the Student Ministry program at the Plano campus of Highland Oaks Church of Christ, and oversaw outreach to kids living in the apartments adjacent to the church. We offered games, mentoring and tutoring to kids, primarily between the hours of 3pm and 5pm.

I worked with street kids in Denver, as well as the youth groups that came to work with Dry Bones.
