Years spent in sales, support, and recruiting have all taught me one thing, empathy is king. In a world where everyone wants a quick close or is watching KPI's to get from one call to the next as fast as possible, there really is no substitute for genuine human connection and really listening to a clients needs. Whether a perspective client, employee, or customer, we all just want to be understood and heard. Taking time to understand the person on the other end of the table or phone, really listen and get it right the first time saves a ton of time on the back end. We all know "measure twice, cut once", but the same applies to life. Listen twice, act once. At Traxxis GPS I work to solve complex issues across a wide variety of industries. Every client is different and wants different results and the only way to get it right is to be a part of their company. I work less for Traxxis GPS than I do for our clients. My goal is to be an integral part of your company, I want you to "call Mark" if you need something. By working across the entire breadth of our organization I am involved in the entire lifecycle of a customer. From onboarding and installation to training and adoption, I strive to be there every step of the way. That unique insight allows me to get to know our customers on a first name basis and what their ideal outcome is right from the start, reducing issues that normally come with any new software solution. And should an issue arise, that knowledge serves me double to resolve it quickly. Outside of the office I'm an avid sports fan (really, anything with a field/court/ball/racket I'm in). I also enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and 8 year old daughter. Most weekends we can be found hiking or hanging out at the river with our dogs, where I have been known to reel in a few bass from time to time.
