Our cloud specialists help customers to plan their cloud journey, including how to get started and details of relevant cloud migration tools and services, ensuring business continuity and productivity throughout the cloud transition. The areas in which we are seeing major adoption are Microsoft Azure (virtual machines, backup, disaster recovery), Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS), Mobile (Lumia, Samsung, iPhone) and Microsoft Surface. My main responsibilities are to train, support and develop our sales teams across Grey Matter Ltd. to ensure that their potential is maximised and that our customers recieve the best possible service/experience.The training and support I bring falls into 3 main categories:-Managing the Software Sales Academy for our new starters-Ongoing Sales Development/Training - Individual basis-Special event/activity group training sessions that range from team leadership/management to getting the most out of our internal systems.

Responsible for training and career growth of new staff through the Academy for both Grey Matter and Sigma SD. Planning and delivery of all aspects of training including internal systems, sales processes, business relationships/development, account management, selling product specifics and wider solutions, licensing, personal development etc.
