Managing 5 HWRC site's in the Gloucester area, arranging transport, staffing, dispossal points, ensuring continued operation in line with the contract specification, dealing with staffing promotion, retention and disciplinery procedures. Very much hands on with a can do attitude, customer and service focused.

Walsall

Managing 2 HWRC site's and a Transfer Station in the Walsall / Bloxwich area, on behalf of Walsall MBC, Ensuring availability, arranging forward transport of waste material, dealing with staffing promotion, retention, disciplinary issues in line with the company P+P's.Improving recycling rates with initiatives and utilisation of available.

Rugby, Nuneaton, Oldbury (West Midlands)

Assist in running Hazardous Landfill Site's, HWRC's and Compost Processing pads.Ensure available resources, equipment and void to accept / process waste material.Maintain and improve a safe environment for staff, customers and the public. Operate sites in a compliant way to reduce risk to the Environment in line with company P+P's.Problem solve, very much.
