Learning development coach: Coach and train apprentices through L2,3 and 4 programmes following standard criteria and keeping learners engaged. Embed functional skills Maths, English and ICT within 121 and workshop style sessions. Lead and encourage professional discussions on all standard criteria and safeguarding, welfare, equality and diversity. Design robust engaging modules using PowerPoint for colleagues and clients to use for training.

Training manager: Responsible for the induction and training of all new management within my region of 30 stores. Complete store visit reports and feedback to store management. Control new store opening process, point of contact for contractors, regional/district manager and all store staff. Lead visual merchandising team when implementing a seasonal footprint. Hold conference calls and be point of contact in regional manager’s absence. Complete apprentice visits, completing learner logs, observation’s and holding professional discussions with learners to prepare them for their end point assessment.

Store Manager: Drive KPI’s through commercial awareness, control all controllable costs in line with budgets through P&L management, staff development, customer service, look for opportunity areas to improve sales, plan and implement promotional events, maintain high store standards through visual merchandising and showcase company strategies. Communicate daily using internal emailing system.
