I have worked on many projects with Avco, covering desktop software (using VB6 or VB.NET) and web applications (using ASP, PHP, ASP.NET or ASP.NET/MVC), generating Postscript using XSL for conversion to PDF, as well as smaller tasks such as MSSQL database optimisation and Windows and Linux system administration.I am also a proud part of the team behind the eSymbiosis LIFE+ project, specifically working on knowledge processing using semantic technologies.

Cimio specialised in CAD/CAM data exchange enabling data to be passed freely between different CAD/CAM systems, including the ability to view native CAD data without access to the CAD system itself.My role during my time at Cimio mostly involved porting this conversion software from UNIX to Windows NT as part of a small development team as well as bug fixing and enhancements to the original C source. I have also had personal experience with various CAD systems including Parasolid, Acis, CADDS, Microstation and CATIA.
