Also completing complex corrections where internal errors result in corrective action being required on client accounts.Leading regular regression testing for the team to ensure our processes aren’t negatively impacted by system upgrades.

I wrote these in a new format and gained a wide range of stakeholder approval before they moved to an improved internal platform which has much better functionality and is easier for colleagues to use Assisting in moving more than 4,000 processes to a new platform and creating a governance process to ensure these remain fully compliant and regularly reviewed in the future Actively promoting the new platform across the country to enhance colleague understanding and take up of the new processes
