Current• Liaising with customers to find them the right device and negotiating contracts and data deals with customers.• Diagnosing problems with software and customer’s phones allowing us to fix them.• Backup and transfer of user data between devices.• Handling deliveries of valuable goods (High Value Stock).• Adhering to legal standard procedures with data, the FCC and Tesco Mobile’s Policy for customer care and data protection of users devices and store equipment.• Handling of cash and card payments over the till and on company computers to complete a contract sale.
