I excel in programming, problem solving, installations, networking, cabling and customer relations. I have the ability to learn things very quickly, which in this ever evolving industry is vital to my current position.I am trained and certified in Mitel, and Panasonic systems, I also have some experience in Siemens Hi-path. I have recently completed my Oak technical training and I am now doing Sisco and CompTIA networking courses in my spare time, not that I get a lot of that these days!!!I am motivated and driven in my new role as technical manager and enjoy heading up the great team that we have, as well as ensuring that our customers get the level of support that they require to ensure, firstly a smooth transition from one contract to another, and secondly, the level of aftercare one would expect once they are with us, ensuring that any faults, maintenance and requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently with full communication throughout.The aim is in our name after all !!!
