I have always worked! hard and smart! I started in Industrial industries at the bottom and worked up into supervision and management. I started with a broom and a shovel, became a heavy equipment operator, lead mill Wright, persued my college education, and trade; including fabrication, ultrasound ndt, Eddie current, bearings, presision alignments, hydraulics and pneumatics, I have held reliability engineering positions, planning positions,and have been seen nationwide in my position as someone trusted, dedicated, and a leader in everything I do. I am always dedicated to my employees, career and there safety. I look at the positive nather than the negative, what a person can do rather than what they can't do, with motivation you can build a person up, with people you can build anything.
